Job Summary:
To provide clinical application training, technical support, and product demonstrations for Cyrix Healthcare's medical devices in Hospitals. The Clinical Application Specialist will ensure customers receive effective training, maximize product utilization, and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical & Technical Support Responsibilities
Conduct on-site and virtual clinical training sessions for healthcare professionals.
Provide application support to customers, ensuring effective usage of Cyrix Healthcare’s medical devices.
Assist in troubleshooting technical and clinical issues related to product applications.
Stay updated on industry best practices and clinical guidelines to enhance training programs.
Customer Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals regarding product applications.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing continuous education.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
Sales & Business Development Support
Support the sales team by conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Collaborate with sales representatives to develop training plans tailored to customer needs.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to drive customer confidence in Cyrix Healthcare’s solutions.
Marketing & Research Responsibilities
Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to showcase product capabilities.
Gather clinical feedback from users to support product enhancements and innovation.
Work closely with the marketing team to create educational materials, case studies, and clinical documentation.
Operational & Internal Responsibilities
Ensure proper documentation of training sessions, client interactions, and feedback reports.
Assist in the development and standardization of training materials and clinical protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align clinical support activities with company objectives.
Learning and Growth Responsibilities
Continuously enhance technical and clinical knowledge through training and certifications.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and industry regulations.
Foster a knowledge-sharing culture within the team by mentoring junior specialists.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years in a clinical support or application specialist role
Knowledge in Clinical workflow, medical device applications, regulatory compliance
Strong communication, problem-solving, training, and presentation skills
Relevant scientific or clinical degree, degree in Biomed or hospital registrations
