Biomedical Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Mapping/adding of new medical equipment’s and maintaining 100% accuracy with regard to equipment database.

• Training of end user Junior biomedical engineers.

• Optimum consumption of spare parts.

• Building strong relationship with customer and ensure the receivable of appreciation letter.

• Provide technical support and training to clinical staff on the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment and devices.

• Maintain a service history of the equipment, service calls attended, pending, indent raised.

• Edit of service activity in service application daily reports submission to DI/DM for maintain the database.

• To ensure the escalation matrix followed; if the calls did not get closed on timely.

Qualification: Diploma/ BE Engineering
