When I joined CYRIX over a decade ago, I never imagined that my journey would take me from Kerala to leading a branch in Kuwait. Eight years ago, I joined CYRIX as a Zonal Manager. What followed was a journey of learning, leadership, and growth.As CYRIX continued to expand, I was entrusted with increasing responsibilities and larger teams. Today, I lead a major Biomedical Equipment Maintenance and Management Program supporting 75 districts, 3,800 hospitals, and more than 140,000 medical devices. My journey reflects what makes CYRIX different. Here, growth is driven by performance, ownership, and the willingness to take on new challenges.
