When I returned from the Middle East, I was looking for more than just a leadership role. When I joined CYRIX over a decade ago, I never imagined that my journey would take me from Kerala to leading a branch in Kuwait. CYRIX gave me the opportunity to build deep technical expertise, take on new responsibilities, and grow into leadership roles. Along the way, I learned that growth comes to those who are willing to embrace challenges and continuously develop themselves. Eight years ago, I joined CYRIX as a Zonal Manager. What followed was a journey of learning, leadership, and growth.As CYRIX continued to expand, I was entrusted with increasing responsibilities and larger teams. Today, I lead a major Biomedical Equipment Maintenance and Management Program supporting 75 districts, 3,800 hospitals, and more than 140,000 medical devices. My journey reflects what makes CYRIX different. Here, growth is driven by performance, ownership, and the willingness to take on new challenges.
