Key Responsibility
Manage PMS implementation, including coordinating with managers for setting performance goals and objectives.
Coordinate the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely reviews and feedback.
Analyse PMS data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to enhance PMS processes for organizational alignment.
Gather and integrate employee feedback to refine performance management practices.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis in collaboration with department heads.
Design, develop, and implement training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
Facilitate training sessions (in-person and virtual) to build skills and knowledge.
Curate and maintain training resources to support continuous employee development.
Assess training effectiveness and make improvements as required.
Support Individual Development Plans (IDPs) by guiding employees on career growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate training records, including attendance and certifications.
Qualification
Maters in HR / Business Administration
5+ years of HR experience with focus on PMS and L& D
Preferred Qualification
Certification in Performance Management Training & Development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP)
Experience using data analytics tools for performance assessment.
Familiarity with HR software systems for managing performance and learning.

Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in LMS, HRMS, and performance management software.
