Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell medical equipment including CT, MRI, Cathlab, ventilators, and critical care systems within the assigned territory.
Customer Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams.
Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with senior sales managers.
Contract Support: Support AMC and CMC contracts, including follow-ups for renewals and service upselling.
Market Visits: Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and strengthen customer engagement.
Coordination: Work closely with service and application teams to ensure smooth installations and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily/weekly sales activity reports and update CRM systems.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities and share market insights with the sales leadership team.
Collections Support: Assist in payment follow-ups and ensure adherence to company policies.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3–8 years of experience in healthcare or medical equipment sales.
Product Exposure: Experience or exposure to selling capital medical equipment or healthcare technology is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
