Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Recruiter with 5–8 years of proven recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, handling bulk and lateral hiring, and ensuring timely closure of positions across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
Handle mid-level and senior-level hiring requirements.
Conduct screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), references, and other platforms.
Manage bulk hiring when required.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
Required Skills
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Experience in bulk hiring and vendor management.
Knowledge of HRMS and ATS systems.
Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
