About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and strategic Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist (MarCom) to elevate the Cyrix Healthcare brand across India and international markets.
This role requires a seasoned professional with strong expertise in traditional marketing — events, trade shows, advertising, and brand communications — combined with solid digital marketing acumen. Candidates with medical/healthcare industry background preferred.
This is a hands-on role that blends strategy, creativity, and execution, shaping how Cyrix communicates its mission of Ensuring Health of Healthcare Technologies for a Healthier World.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communication:
Develop and execute impactful marketing and communication plans aligned with business goals.
Be the brand custodian, ensuring consistency of tone, identity, and message across all touchpoints.
Create high-quality marketing content and collaterals — brochures, presentations, videos, case studies, and digital creatives.
Events & Campaigns:
Conceptualize, organize, and manage corporate events, roadshows, exhibitions, product launches, and webinars.
Oversee end-to-end trade show planning, vendor management, and post-event analysis.
Drive Key Opinion Leader (KOL) marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
Media, Advertising & PR:
Develop media relationships and manage press, advertising, and creative agencies.
Plan and execute advertising campaigns across print, digital, and outdoor media.
Build and enhance Cyrix’s visibility through earned, owned, and paid media channels.
Digital Marketing & Analytics:
Collaborate with the digital team on social media, SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Ensure data-driven decision-making through analytics and campaign performance tracking.
Support market research and competitor intelligence to guide marketing strategy.
Internal Communications & Engagement:
Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal brand programs.
Develop internal communication materials and campaigns that align teams with the company’s purpose and achievements.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Event Management.
8–10 years of proven experience in marketing communications, branding, and event management — preferably in healthcare, medtech, or B2B sectors.
Proven expertise in event conceptualization, collateral development, and campaign execution.
Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM (preferably Salesforce).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Experience in managing vendors, creative agencies, and cross-functional teams.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
