We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Specialist to lead our efforts in student enrollment and institutional partnerships. This role demands a blend of consultative sales expertise, relationship management, and strategic business development. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Cyrix Academy’s reach by driving enrollments, nurturing academic partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Enrolment & Counselling
Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to enrolment across multiple channels (calls, digital platforms, webinars, and events).
Guide students and professionals toward suitable biomedical programs based on their academic background and career goals.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/enrolment targets.
Utilize CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and pipeline progress efficiently.
Mentor junior counsellors or sales executives to improve team performance and productivity.
Institutional & Strategic Partnerships
Identify, develop, and manage strategic alliances with universities, colleges, and technical institutes.
Present partnership proposals such as:
Establishing Cyrix Skill Labs or Centres of Excellence on campuses
Conducting collaborative workshops, guest lectures, and faculty training programs
Integrating Cyrix programs into academic curricula
Represent Cyrix Academy at conferences, education fairs, and stakeholder meetings to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design effective outreach and engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred: Biomedical, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business).
5–7 years of proven experience in academic counselling, B2C/B2B sales, or institutional partnership development—preferably within the edtech, training, or healthcare education sector.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales and partnership targets.
Passion for advancing education in healthcare and biomedical fields.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently or leading small teams.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and partner visits.
Experience using CRM systems and data-driven sales reporting tools.
