This role is required to manage and support all existing SaaS applications, coordinate with our software vendors, ensure application uptime, oversee new development activities, conduct testing, and support uses across departments. Given the increasing dependency on our internal and vendor-managed applications, a dedicated resources is essential to ensure smooth operations, timely issue resolution and proper coordination for ongoing and upcoming development tasks.
Role & responsibilities
Presales support and activities.
Running demonstrations and presentations to stimulate the sales of ultrasound systems.
Customer training and troubleshooting in healthcare space.
Product demo and presentations.
Support trade shows and medical conferences with product demonstrations and promotion.
Product Training.
Troubleshooting and technical support.
Preferred candidate profile
Experienced in Ultrasound
Excellent presentation skills & communication
Experience: 3-6 Years
