In line with our dedication to ensuring health of healthcare technologies for a healthier world, Cyrix Healthcare Pvt Ltd. has created a platform called Cyrix Academy to skill/upskill budding biomedical students and professionals (Candidate). This Policy outlines the Payment and Refund Policies for the skill development/upskilling courses offered by Cyrix Academy. We strive to ensure clarity and integrity in our financial policies, empowering candidates to make informed decisions regarding their educational pursuits.
The candidate acknowledges that by registering for a course through Cyrix Academy, they have understood the course content, duration, payment structure, terms and conditions of the course and refund policy.

Once the candidate has accepted the course and payment terms and conditions, candidate is required to pay registration fees at the time of booking/securing a seat for a specific course and batch of their choice and availability. The registration fees can be paid through online payment gateway and/or through a cheque (subject to realisation) or online transfer to Cyrix Academy Bank Account (screen shot of payment transfer confirmation should be provided).
Registration fee is paid as advance at the time of registration and will be adjusted in the total course fee. The remaining fees can be paid in full or Instalments to the Cyrix Academy before commencement of course.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all registration fees, course fees, and any other payments made by a student/sponsor for training courses and programs offered by CYRIX Academy.
Once the candidate/student registers by paying the registration fee (online payment gateway and offline methods), he/she will not be able to cancel the transaction under any circumstances. The registration fee will not be refunded but can be adjusted against another available Cyrix Academy course / batch of choice of the candidate.
The course fee may be refundable based on following timing of cancellation request. All requests should be submitted in writing via email to training@cyrix.in.
Cancellation 30 or more days before the batch start date: Eligible for a full refund of the course fee, minus registration fee and a processing and administrative charge of 5% of the total fee.
Cancellation 15 -30 days before the batch start date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee minus registration fee and a processing and administrative charge of 5% of the total fee.
Cancellation less than 15 days before the batch start date: No refund will be provided.
No-Show: Students who do not attend the course without submitting a written cancellation request following terms mentioned above are not eligible for any refund.
After Course Commencement: Once a course has started, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including non-attendance.
Note: Any non-refundable registration fees or advance payments made to secure a seat will not be refunded under any circumstances.
CYRIX Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, or reasons beyond our control.
In such cases:You will be notified as soon as possible via the contact information you provided.
You may enroll in a future batch of the same course.
If you cannot join a future batch, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee paid, with no deductions.
Refund requests will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date the request is approved.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If this is not possible, an alternative method will be coordinated with you.
Processing charges may apply from the payment gateway provider
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
The Cyrix Academy and Cyrix Healthcare Private limited reserves the right to modify and amend refund policies. No interest is paid on a refund of any fees paid to Cyrix Academy. All disputes are subject to legal jurisdiction of State of Kerala.
